1. Heard Mr. N.K. Agrawal, learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner, learned APP duly assisted by Mr. Pritish Kumar Lal, learned counsel appearing on behalf of informant.

2. It appears from the perusal of report dated 22.02.2024 as made available through letter no. 40 dated 22.02.2024 of learned trial court that out of nine charge sheeted witnesses, eight witnesses have now been examined and this matter is pending for examination of I.O. of this case, where the date was fixed on 29.02.2024.

3. Considering the aforesaid report, Mr. Agrawal, learned senior counsel seeks permission to withdraw the present petition and submitted that the learned trial court be directed to dispose the same within two months.

4. Considering the aforesaid submission, the present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with a direction to learned trial court to dispose this case finally, within next two months.
