2. The present writ application has been preferred for the following reliefs:- (i) for issuance of appropriate writ/writs, order/orders for setting aside the order dated 23.12.2017 contained in Memo No.

2058 issued by the Principal, Anugrah Narain Magadh Medical College, Gaya, whereby and whereunder in

Patna High Court CWJC No.5096 of 2018(3) dt.26-09-2023 2/3 compliance of decision taken on 22.12.2017 contained in Memo No.

1506(4) issued by the Officer on Special Duty, Health Department, Bihar, Patna the services of the petitioner on contractual basis has been terminated without issuing any notice to them;

(ii) for staying the operation of the order dated 23.12.2017 issued by the Principal, Anugrah Narain Magadh Medical College, Gaya and to permit the petitioner to continue to work on his post during pendency of the present writ application.

3. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that his case is covered by the order of the Division-Bench of Patna High Court in LPA No. 1163 of 2018 disposed of on 02.02.2021 which he has brought on record by way of supplementary affidavit.

4. He as such submits that he will be approaching the concerned respondent with all the documents in support of his claim that his case is covered by LPA No. 1163 of 2018.

5. If such representation is filed within six weeks from today, the same shall be considered by the respondents within a period of four months.

6. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion in this case.

7. The writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid observation.
