2. The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 15.05.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No.60667 of 2022 to the extent of extending the period of surrender.

3. On the grounds mentioned in the modification application and in the interest of justice, the period to surrender is extended by four weeks from today in connection with Complaint Case No. 350 of 2020, pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Aurangabad, subject to deposit of Rs.2000/- (Rs. Two Thousand) in the Victim Compensation Fund, Bihar.

4. The order dated 15.05.2023 is modified to the extent as indicated above.
