1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

3. As per prosecution case, total 208 liters of illicit liquor has been recovered from the spot.

4. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits no incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has been made accused in this case only on the basis of suspicion.

5. However, learned APP for the State vehemently opposed the prayer of bail and has submitted that petitioner has
