The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Sections 25(1-B)A and 26 of the Arms Act.

One country-made pistol without any cartridges was recovered from the possession of the petitioner and, for that, the petitioner is in jail since 07.12.2014. The petitioner has already remained in jail for about four months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Sheohar in Tariyani P.S. Case No. 238/2014.
