2. After some arguments, learned senior counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to represent himself before the proper authority.

Learned counsel for the State, however raised objection that the punishment order has been passed in the year 2013 and the petitioner has not challenged the said order at any earlier occasion and only after crossing the period of punishment, the petitioner has challenged the writ petition before this Court.
