JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 02-11-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

In the present case, petitioner has raised a limited prayer for giving direction to the appellate authority to dispose of his appeal vide Appeal No.6 of 2017 at the earliest.

The petitioner was running a PDS shop vide Licence No. 120 of 2007 for distribution of ration and Kerosene Oil but it was found that petitioner was not running the shop properly. A show cause was issued and ultimately the licence of the petitioner having been cancelled.

Patna High Court CWJC No.8843 of 2017 (3) dt.02-11-2017 Against the aforesiad order of the licensing authority petitioner has filed an appeal which is pending before the Appellate Authority.

In such view of the matter, this Court directs the appellate authority to dispose of the appeal as early as possible preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. With the aforesaid observation and direction this writ petition is disposed of.
