2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner informs that the petitioner has filed a representation dated 26.09.2019 before the Executive Officer, Nagar Parishad, Warsaliganj, District, Nawada and the same is pending without any reason.

3. Considering the aforesaid submission made on

Patna High Court CWJC No.85 of 2022(4) dt.28-03-2024 2/2 behalf of the petitioner and taking into consideration that the representation of the petitioner is pending since 26.09.2019, the Executive Officer, Nagar Parishad concerned is directed to take steps to dispose of the representation dated 26.09.2019, filed on behalf of the petitioner, if the same has not already been disposed of, by passing an appropriate order in accordance with law after giving due opportunity of hearing to all the affected parties including the petitioner, well within a period of three weeks from today.

4. In case the representation of the petitioner has already been disposed of without giving personal hearing to the petitioner, the said order will lose its force and the Executive Officer concerned must take appropriate steps in terms of the direction passed by this Court in the present order.

5. The writ petition is disposed of.
