Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Koilwar P.S. Case No. 395 of 2019 registered for the offence under sections 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged in the first information report and he has been falsely implicated in this case merely on basis of suspicion. As a matter of fact, the victim in her statement under section 164 Cr. P.C. has stated that she is major and she willfully went with Raja Thakur and got married.
