JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 26-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as leaned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 2009-2014 on the accusation that one loaded country-made pistol was recovered from his conscious possession.

No doubt, the petitioner carries criminal antecedent of similar nature but taking into consideration his period of detention in jail custody, let the petitioner named above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Jogapatti P.S. Case No. 264 of 2014 to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran.
