The petitioner seeks bail in Bariarpur P.S. Case No. 138 of 2014 under different Sections of the Arms Act. The house of the petitioner was searched and under the bed of the petitioner, three country made pistols are said to have been recovered. The petitioner and his father Bouni Mandal are made accused. Bauni Mandal has already been enlarged on bail. The petitioner is in jail since 09.11.2014. The petitioner has already remained in jail for more than six months and he has got no criminal antecedent.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13706 of 2015 (2) dt.13-05-2015 2 / 2 Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Munger, in Bariarpur P.S. Case No. 138 of 2014.
