The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Mahila P.S. Case No. 21 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B) and 201 of the Indian Penal Code. The mother of the deceased made allegation that her daughter was killed by her husband and other in-laws. It is submitted that the marriage was solemnized five years ago. The petitioners are elder brothers-in-law of the deceased and no specific allegation is made against them. On similar allegation mother-in-law and sister-in-law Lalpari Devi and Munni Devi respectively have already been granted anticipatory bail vide orders passed in Cr. Misc. No. 55048 of 2015.

No.11351 of 2016 (4) dt.20-06-2016 2/2 Having considered the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioners are brothers-in-law of the deceased and marriage was solemnized five years ago, but no specific allegation of torture is made against them, the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in Mahila P.S. Case No. 21 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
