Petitioner is in jail custody since 04.01.2016 in a case registered under section 364 of the Indian Penal Code and, subsequently, section 302 of the Indian Penal Code was also added in this case.

The name of petitioner came in this case when it was detected that SIM, which had been used in talking with the deceased at the time of alleged occurrence, had been issued in the name of petitioner and except the aforesaid material , there appears to be nothing against the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10386 of 2016 (2) dt.04-03-2016 2/2 be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate,Gaya in connection with Bodh Gaya P.S.Case No. 434 of 2015, G.R.No.6278 of 2015.
