Counsel for the State has filed a counter affidavit on behalf of the respondent no. 4, Superintendent of Police, Saran at Chapra stating therein that the claim of payment of group insurance and GPF along with statutory interest has already been redressed and it has been stated in para-6 that the group insurance of Rs. 109122/- and GPF of Rs. 589150/- has already been credited in the Bank account of the petitioner on 10.03.2018 and 24.05.2018 respectively.
