2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 / 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

3. Allegation against petitioners is of commission of torture and harassment to the opposite party no. 2 for dowry.

4. Petitioner no. 1 is father-in-law, petitioner no. 2 is mother-in-law, petitioner no. 3 & 4 are brother-in-law (nsoj) and

Thrust of the accusation is against husband of the opposite party no.2. Petitioners are separate in mess and property and have got no concern with the affairs of the couple, having clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioners.

However, considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. - I, Gaya in connection with Wazirganj P.S. Case No. 543 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
