2. Learned counsel appearing for North Bihar Power Distribution Company Ltd. submits that in compliance of order passed by this Hon'ble Court, a speaking order has been passed contained in Memo No.307 dated 08.07.2025 which is annexed as Annexure-R4 to the supplementary show cause.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner on the other hand

Patna High Court MJC No.2672 of 2023(3) dt.11-07-2025 2/2 submits that the said order which has been submitted vide Annexure-R4 is completely illegal.

4. In the light of the submissions made, this Court is of the view that testing of legality and illegality of the said order is beyond the scope of writ jurisdiction. Therefore, this M.J.C. application is hereby dismissed granting liberty to the petitioner to assail the said order i.e. order dated 08.07.2025 contained in Memo No.307 (annexed as Annexure-R4 to the supplementary show cause) before the appropriate forum.
