ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 18-05-2016 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner was refused bail by the order dated 29.7.2015 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. 20036 of 2015. Considering that now charges have been framed, I am not inclined to review the earlier order refusing prayer for bail. The prayer for bail is once again rejected.
In the meanwhile, the Trial Court (Additional Sesions Judge-VI, Patna) is directed to send a list of the witnesses fixing specific dates for production of the witnesses along with a copy of this order in connection with Special Case No. 44 of 2014 arising out of Agamkuan P.S. Case No. 185 of 2014, to the Sr. Superintendent of Police, Patna, and the Sr. Superintendent of Police, Patna, is directed to ensure production of the witnesses on
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16660 of 2016 (3) dt.18-05-2016 2/2 the date so fixed by the Trial Court so that there is no further delay in trial.
