2. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 35 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 376, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 06 of POCSO Act.

4. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is alleged to have committed rape with a minor girl.

5. In view of the serious allegations levelled against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected herewith.
