Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 8/20 of the N.D.P.S. Act. From the house of this petitioner, more than 37 Kg of Ganja was allegedly recovered when no one was there in the house. The FIR further reveals that the witnesses of the locality refused to witness the seizure. Hence, the police men, who were members of the raiding party, are witnesses of the seizure list. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the fact that there is noncompliance of the mandate of search and seizure, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the
