2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 353, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per prosecution case, this petitioner is alleged to have abused and assaulted the Principal of the school.
4. It is submitted that no such occurrence ever took place. As a matter of fact, informant used to harass the female staff of the school for which as F.I.R. was lodged against the informant and others bearing P. S. Case No. 133 of 2018. It is further submitted that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case because wife of the petitioner is President of the school committee who used to protest against the informant. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposes the bail application.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Srinagar P. S. Case No. 45 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
