2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 191(2)(3), 115(2), 329(4), 109, 118(1), 303(2), 351(2), 352 and 190 of B.N.S., 2023.

3. The prosecution case, in brief, is that on 21.04.2025 at about 08:30 p.m., informant was constructing her house under Indra Awas Yojna. In the meantime, named accused persons, armed with arms and amunition assaulted the informant, her husband and son. It is further alleged that petitioner No.1 Rupesh Yadav along with Dinesh Yadav assaulted husband of

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are quite innocent and have been falsely implicated in this case. The injuries sustained by the injured are simple in nature and there is case and counter case pending between the parties.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

6. Considering the nature of injuries sustained by the injured, which is simple in nature and case and counter case, let the above named petitioners, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Bhagalpur, in connection with Sabour P.S. Case No. 141 of 2025, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) K.C.Jha/- U T
