ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 22-04-2015 The Petitioner seeks modification of the order dated 18.2.2015 passed in Cr.Misc.No.4423 of 2015, by which this Court had directed that the Petitioner be physically present on all dates before the Court below.

It has been submitted that since the Petitioner is 82 years old and unable to move and, therefore, it would be desirable that his presence be condoned and a direction be issued that the lawyer would appear for him even at the stage of 313 Cr.P.C. Since this Court is not holding the trial, it would be proper that if the Petitioner files such an application before the Court below with relevant documents, who shall pass an order in accordance with law.

This application is disposed of on such terms. Let this order be communicated to the Sub Divisional
