2. The petitioner has moved the Court under Section 19(4) of the Family Courts Act, 1984, against the order dated 06.11.2017 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, East Champaran in Maintenance Case No. 255 of 2014, by which Rs. 4,000/- per month has been awarded in favour of the opposite parties.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that be may be permitted to withdraw the application.
