2. This application for grant of regular bail arise out of Barari (Semapur) P.S. Case No. 10 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 of the Arms Act.

3. One accused Gulshan Kumar was caught with the arms and name of the petitioner has come in the confessional statement of co-accused Gulshan Kumar. The petitioner is accused in eleven more cases of similar nature.

4. In view of the aforesaid facts, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected herewith.

6. The Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64344 of 2023(2) dt.11-10-2023 2/2 all the cases in which petitioner is accused.
