JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL ORDER 30-08-2025 Heard Mr. Santosh Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners and Mr. Yogendra Kr. Singh, learned APP for the State and Mr. Rabindra Kumar Tiwary, learned counsel for the O.P. No.2.

2. It is submitted by the respective parties that in spite of the fact that the matter was referred before the learned Mediator of Patna High Court Mediation Centre vide order dated 17.04.2025, the dispute between the parties could not be resolved. It is agreed that the matter can be resolved amicably at a local place where the complaint was filed.

3. Considering the nature of allegation made in the FIR and desire of the parties, I find that the matter can be resolved outside the Court by way of mediation.

4. The petitioners are directed to appear before the learned District Court on 17.09.2025 sharp at 10:30 a.m.

5. Learned District Court is directed to take necessary action to refer the matter before the learned mediator of the District Mediation Center.

6. Learned Mediator of the District Mediation Center concerned shall make his/her best efforts to settle the dispute amicably and thereafter submit his/her report before the concerned learned District Court, well within a period of four months, till then, no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioners in connection with the Complaint Case No.3420 of 2012 (T. R. No.2478 of 2013).

7. In case of failure on the part of the petitioners to appear on 17.09.2025 before the learned District Court or any date fixed by the learned Mediator, the interim protection granted to the petitioners shall automatically lose its force.

8. Accordingly, the present application stands disposed of.
