JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 17-09-2019 The issue as to deputation on the post of Cluster Resource Co-ordinator (CRC) is no more res integra. This Court has already decided the issue and the matter was taken to the LPA Court and the LPA Court has dismissed the appeal and approved the order passed by this Court.
In view of the above, the court does not find any merit in the writ petition. It is, accordingly, dismissed. However, respondents are expected to maintain
Patna High Court CWJC No.19047 of 2019(2) dt.17-09-2019 2/2 uniformity in the matter of deputation of Block Teacher on the post of CRC and if any person junior to the petitioner has been extended favour in the matter of posting on deputation as CRC then the respondents have to adopt corrective measures and take appropriate decision for either posting of this petitioner or for removal of the person junior to the petitioner after giving opportunity of hearing.
