Prasad, GP 14. =========================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 18-03-2017 From the Show Cause and the Supplementary Show Cause filed by the respondents, this Court finds that vide order (Annexure 'C' dated 10.10.2013), the departmental proceedings pending against the petitioner were concluded and thereafter his case was considered for promotion and promotion has also been granted to him. A Show Cause in this regard has been filed on 13.10.2014 and thereafter there is no rebuttal to the same.

In view of the above, no further action is required to be
