JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 05-09-2018 The present writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to pay the arrears of salary for the period since April, 2006 to July, 2015 amounting to a sum of Rs.22,13,145/-.
The respondents in their counter affidavit have submitted that a sum of Rs.11,06,342/- has already been paid to the petitioner vide cheque dated 11.04.2018 and the balance amount of Rs.11,06,342/- shall be paid subject to availability of the fund from the State Government.
Patna High Court CWJC No.948 of 2018 (2) dt.05-09-2018 2/2 The learned counsel for the State Government submits that the State Government has already given sufficient funds to the University.
In view of the aforesaid, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the University to sort out the matter internally and make the payment of balance amount within a period of eight weeks from today.
