Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-25(i-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act and Section-13 of U.A.P. Act.
One carbine containing one cartridge is said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner and therefore, taking note of the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail at least, at this stage and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Kinjer P.S. Case No. 89 of 2015 pending in the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Arwal stands rejected.
