JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 17-09-2019 The present writ petition has been filed to direct the District Magistrate-cum-Collector, Saran to dispose of the Arms case no. 52 of 2018, which has been filed by the petitioner for grant of arms licence.

Having regard to the short prayer made by the petitioner herein, the present writ petition stands disposed off with a direction to the District Magistrate-cum-Collector, Saran at Chapra to dispose off the aforesaid Arms case no. 52 of 2018 within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order, if not already disposed off.
