Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case instituted under Sections 147, 148, 149, 448, 341, 323, 504, 506, 379 of Indian Penal Code and under Section 17 of the C.L.A. The allegation against the petitioner is that he along with other accused persons armed with deadly weapons surrounded the house of the informant and thereafter, assaulted him brutally and looted his household articles and cash amount of Rs.20,000/-. Learned counsel submits that one of the co-accused has been allowed anticipatory bail on 12.02.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 1788 of 2016.

Having regard to the facts and circumstance of the case, in case of arrest/surrender, let the petitioner named above, be

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11356 of 2016 (2) dt.16-03-2016 2/2 released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.4,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each, one of such sureties would be in the form of cash deposit, to the satisfaction of learned Subdivisional Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati at Gaya, in connection with Dumaria P.S. Case No. 56 of 2013.

The petitioner would not physically absent for two consecutive dates at a stretch, till framing of charge, failing which his bail bond would be cancelled.
