JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 03-12-2018 On the last occasion, the State had made the statement that the D.P.C. sat and recommended the case of the petitioner for promotion and the file has been sent for approval of the Hon'ble Chief Minister. Today, the fourth supplementary counter affidavit has been filed in which the Notification dated 29.11.2018 has been produced, which reflects that the petitioner has been granted provisional promotion subject to result of Civil Appeal No.4880/2017.

It goes without saying that from the date of Notification, the petitioner will be treated to be promoted to the post of Additional Registrar of Cooperative Department. It is for the Government to decide his posting but from the date of
