2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has filed representations, vide Annexures-7 & 8 to this writ petition, before the respondent no.6 but no action has yet been taken.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission, I direct the petitioner to file a fresh representation within four weeks before the respondent no.6 with all supporting documents and respondent no.6 would be obliged to pass a reasoned and speaking order within eight weeks thereafter.

4. It is made clear that this Court may take serious view against the concerned respondent if the order is not complied within the stipulated period.
