The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Amnour P.S. Case no. 121 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code and 4, 5 of Witch Craft Act.

The petitioner is alleged to have assaulted Chinta Devi and Chanda. The injuries found on the persons are simple in nature. There is a counter version bearing Amnour P.S. Case no. 123 of 2014.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13668 of 2015 (2) dt.07-05-2015 2/2 receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Amnour P.S. Case No. 121 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
