Manifolds reliefs have been claimed in the present writ application, which cannot be decided by this Court. It would be appropriate that the factual inquiry as to the difference of salary and the grant of benefit under the ACP/MACP Scheme may be considered by the respondents.

Accordingly, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the Registrar, Tilka Manjhi Bhagalpur University, University to enquire into the claim of the petitioner and pass
