2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Forest Case No. 32 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable u/s 5, 7, 8, 9, 12 of the Bihar Sarmill Act, 1990 and under Sections 33(c), 41, 42 of Forest Act, pending in the court of learned C.J.M., Aurangabad.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application.

4. Permission is granted.

5. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.

6. However, if petitioner surrenders before the learned
