The solitary allegation against the petitioner and several other Teachers and Headmasters/Headmistresses of various Government Schools is that, inspite of being asked, they did not submit accounts in relation thereto. It is submitted that this act, if at all be, an action cognizable in civil action and cannot be a criminal offence at all.
Be that as it may, in the event of her arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, the petitioner abovenamed shall be released on bail on her furnishing bonds of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22490 of 2016 (2) dt.25-05-2016 2/2 Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in Obra PS Case No 82 of 2011 subject to all conditions as laid down in Section 438 (2) of Criminal Procedure Code.
