The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Accusation is of making assault to the informant by the petitioner and other accused persons. It is alleged that petitioner snatched Rs. 15,000/- from the pocket of the informant whereas Arun Thakur robbed articles worth Rs. 5,000/-.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the injury of the informant has been found superficial in nature and there is counter version of the occurrence also.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13090 of 2015 (2) dt.30-03-2015 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Muzaffarpur Sadar P.S. Case No. 59 of 2015, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Indian Penal Code.
