The petitioner seeks bail in Kishanganj P.S. case No. 313 of 2014 under Section 302 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that prayer of petitioner for bail was earlier rejected by this court vide order dated 10.03.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 2914 of 2015 with a direction to the court below to conclude the trial within nine months from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of the order. It appears from perusal of report of the learned Sessions Judge, Kishanganj that all the witnesses, except doctor, have already been examined and the trial is likely to be concluded within three months.
