The petitioner is seeking revision of the judgment and order dated 29.11.2017, passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Araria in Maintenance case no. 66 of 2016. After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Araria for the purposes of consideration of the matter afresh, in view of the changed circumstances.

Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
