JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 30-03-2015 In view of relatively recent guidelines issued by the Director, ICDS laying down various kinds of punishment which is required to be given for various kinds of breach committed by a Sevika and Sahaika, the matter is remanded back to the District Programme Officer to pass a fresh order with regard to removal of the petitioner for the so-called allegation levelled against her and the stand of the petitioner that the show cause and explanation offered in terms of Annexure- 2 has not been considered and cryptically and summarily rejected.
The order of removal, therefore, is set aside as contained
Patna High Court CWJC No.4768 of 2015 dt.30-03-2015 2/2 in Annexures- 8, 9 and 10 for a fresh decision as above. Writ is allowed in terms of above.
