JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 07-04-2016 Petitioner being husband of the victim is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 306, 498A, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The First Information Report was lodged by the village Chaukidar on the recovery of the dead body. The victim died after 7-8 years of marriage. During investigation, it was found that petitioner used to torture and assault to the victim.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that victim committed suicide after more than seven years of marriage.

Let learned Court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Beldaur P.S.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11337 of 2016 (3) dt.07-04-2016 2/2 Case No. 205 of 2015, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Khagaria.

With the observations above, the application stands disposed off.
