2. This writ petition has been filed for challenging the order contained in Memo No. 637 dated 12.06.2017 passed by the District Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua.
3. Learned counsel for the State has raised preliminary objection that there is statutory appeal lies against the District Magistrate before the Commissioner.
4. With the aforesaid view, this writ petition is
Patna High Court CWJC No.5470 of 2018(4) dt.06-02-2024 2/2 disposed off directing the petitioner to avail the remedy before the appellate authority within 30 days from the date of production/receipt of this order.
