The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 494 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the informant's cash and jewellary were robbed. Though the FIR was lodged against unknown but the name of petitioner sprang up during investigation on suspicion.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that there is no recovery from the petitioner. A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner is accused in another case being Shikarpur P.S. Case No.205 of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15068 of 2015 (2) dt.13-05-2015 2/2 2013 levelling accusation under section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

The aforesaid facts constitute good ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail.

Let the learned Court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Ramnagar P.S. Case No. 94 of 2014, pending before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran.

With the above observation, this application is, accordingly, disposed off.
