Learned counsel for the petitioner is not pressing the prayer for transfer of the case. He is really concerned with the early disposal of Matrimonial Case No. 410/2016 pending in the court of Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Patna. The matter is pending since 2016 and now we are in 2019. The Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Patna is, therefore, required to dispose of the matrimonial case on priority basis and decide the issue one way or the other within four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

It is made clear that in the event the parties are not
