The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Mirganj P.S. Case No. 284 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under sections 420 and 409 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the facts narrated in paragraph 43 of the case diary as also office order bearing Memo No.114 dated 19.01.2015 issued under the signature of the District Program Officer, Gopalganj, as contained in Annexure-2 to this application, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, the petitioner Baikunthnath Singh is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15844 of 2015 (4) dt.02-09-2015 2/2 Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Mirganj P.S. Case No. 284 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
