JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 04-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Taking into consideration that petitioner appears to be main assailant and there is specific allegation against him that he shot fire on the back side of the deceased as a result of which deceased died, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Risiup P.S.Case No. 82 of 2013, pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad stands rejected.
