Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Bodh Gaya P.S. Case No. 292 of 2022 registered for the offence under sections 341, 323, 354, 337, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that petitioners have not committed any offence as alleged in the first information report and they have been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of these petitioners. There is case and counter case between the parties.
