JUSTICE SHAILENDRA SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-11-2025 After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition with a liberty to approach the Bihar Land Tribunal for availing efficacious remedy available to the petitioner under section 9 of the Bihar Land Tribunal Act,2009.
2. Considering the aforesaid submission and prayer, the instant writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with
Patna High Court CWJC No.16466 of 2025(2) dt.13-11-2025 2/2 the aforesaid liberty. If the petitioner avails this liberty in the next four weeks from today then the petitioner's application, which is to be filed before the Bihar Land Tribunal, shall not be dismissed mainly on the ground of limitation.
