The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case under Sections 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that the petitioner and other accused persons kidnapped her daughter Rupam Kumar, aged about 14 years. It is submitted that there is no allegation against the petitioner. Except suspicion, the investigating officer has not collected any material. The victim has developed love affairs with one Mukesh Mahto and the victim fled away. Co-accused, namely, Raj Kumari Devi, Rani Devi and Sundari Devi have already been enlarged on anticipatory bail by the learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Rosera at Samastipur in A.B.P. No. 126/14. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned

Srivastav, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Rosera, Distt. Samastipur in Hathauri P.S. Case No. 95/2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
